We are an innovative and well-equipped retirement and nursing home, close to the Spreitenbach shopping center and yet in a rural environment. We offer our approximately 81 residents a homely and family-like home.

We are looking for immediately or by arrangement a

Trainer/in 80 – 100%, FaGe

The area of responsibility includes:

• Guiding and supporting FaGe and AGS apprentices
• Conducting competency assessments and IPAs
• Co-designing the learning environment in the company
• Holistic care of residents in accordance with the mission statement and
  care process planning
• Maintaining and promoting the autonomy and dignity of the residents
• Contributing to the pursuit of professional care quality
• Performing treatment nursing and medical-technical activities
• Maintaining electronic nursing documentation

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• At least 2 years of professional experience in long-term care
• High self- and social competence
• Sense of responsibility and independent working style
• Completed trainer course or willingness to complete it
• Good PC user skills
• Fluent in German
