Internship to support management & sales
- Customer reception & communication: welcoming and attending to customers on site, telephone calls and customer correspondence
- Management: assisting with daily business, preparing documents, organising and general administrative tasks
- Sales: handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, supporting customer advice
- Administration & general support: office and administrative work, work preparation, email and telephone triage, purchasing office supplies, minor issues related to IT infrastructure – and flexible support wherever hands are needed
- Website: maintenance, updating and further development of content
Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) – career starters are explicitly welcome
- Interest in sales, marketing and entrepreneurial thinking
- Affinity for social media and digital marketing
- Polished appearance and articulate expression
- Confident, courteous handling of demanding customers in a high-quality environment
- You are not above any task and support – from work preparation to administration – wherever you are needed
- Structured, independent and proactive working style ("hands-on" mentality)
- Fluent German skills; knowledge of French or English is an advantage
