Head of Network Construction

Do you want to lead, shape, and make a technical impact? As Head of Network Construction, you provide your team with direction and ensure that demanding projects in the distribution network are implemented safely and efficiently. You can expect a lot of responsibility and short decision-making paths. As the contact person for the structural concerns of the distribution network, you are in daily contact with customers. What awaits you

• You lead with energy: As a team lead, you set the pace and ensure efficient network construction.
• Planning that fits: You plan and supervise civil engineering and assembly work in the medium and low voltage network as well as public lighting from A to Z.
• Contact person with insight: Whether route guidance, house entry, quotes, invoices or street lighting – you are the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Technical control: Maintenance of overhead lines and planning of cable pulls are part of your daily routine, as well as keeping a watchful eye on execution.
• Keeping an eye on numbers: You calculate costs, check contractor invoices and ensure projects are implemented economically.
• Everything in the right place: You coordinate materials, personnel, vehicles and machines so that construction sites run smoothly.
• Cleanly completed: From execution documents to measurements to commissioning, you ensure everything is handed over completely and correctly.

What you bring with you

• With your leadership experience, you create an environment where collaboration is lived on equal terms and your team grows beyond itself together.
• You have a higher professional qualification as an electrical installer or network electrician and ideally have already gained broad experience in the operation of the distribution network.
• With your confident appearance, clear communication style and fluent German skills, you lead your team convincingly, make decisions with foresight and implement them purposefully.
• You like to get involved, enjoy being on the move and advise customers competently and solution-oriented.
