Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Preparing various cold and hot menus in accordance with the nutritional guidelines of the Cantonal Hospital St.Gallen
• Providing daily meals of impeccable quality and quantity for patients, staff, and guests
• Rotating duties in production, preparation, and front area with customer contact
• Assisting in all processes of kitchen operations and supporting the training of apprentices in the professional basic training Cook EFZ

What You Bring to This Position

• Completed vocational training as a cook or diet cook with several years of professional experience
• Experience in a hospital kitchen is desirable
• Ambition and interest in deepening your expertise and contributing new ideas
• Team-oriented, reliable, and resilient personality
