In the competence centre of our Contact Centre, you ensure excellent service and sustainable member relationships together with your team. Quality, expertise and sales are equally at the centre.

Your mission

You competently guide our members through the world of TCS products and recognise their needs early. With your expertise, service orientation and sales skills, you create sustainable added value for our members and actively contribute to the success of our competence centre.

Your responsibilities

• Telephone and written advice to our members – from the offer to contract conclusion
• Comprehensive advice on our entire TCS product range with a focus on insurance
• Processing qualified leads from internal departments
• Active sale of our TCS vehicle insurances
• Building and maintaining sustainable member relationships
• Ensuring a high level of service and advisory quality

Your profile

• VBV certification as an insurance intermediary or a VBV partial certification in the non-life sector
• Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
• Enjoyment of sales as well as a strong advisory and service orientation
• Experience in telephone or written customer support
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
• Positive charisma, communication skills and team spirit
