<ul><li>With your friendly manner, you inspire our guests and can competently advise them about our offers, whether at the reception, on the phone, or by email</li><li>You are co-responsible for order and cleanliness in the reception area</li><li>You organize yourself during your shift and ensure smooth coordination of guests upon entry as well as scheduling massages</li><li>You can properly prepare the cash register reconciliations<br></li></ul>
You bring with you
<ul><li>You are service-oriented and enjoy approaching people</li><li>You come from the hotel industry (advantageous) or have already gained experience in this area and have a preference for the wellness sector</li><li>You have high social competence and can interact well with people</li><li>You are fluent in German and have good English skills</li><li>You show your flexibility with your willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays<br></li></ul>
