Technical and Maintenance Service Employee
80-100 %

Your mission:

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of sanitary installations
• Carry out installation, repair and modification work on sanitary networks
• Diagnose faults and intervene quickly to ensure continuity of services
• Check the operation of installations and equipment
• Participate in renovation work and the hospital's technical projects
• Collaborate with the various trades of the technical team and with care services
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene standards and specific hospital requirements
• Follow up on interventions and complete maintenance reports
• Document technical installations and implement troubleshooting procedures
• Participate in on-call and standby services and join the fire brigade

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a sanitary installer or equivalent training
• Federal plumber's certificate, an advantage
• Good knowledge of sanitary installations and maintenance techniques
• Practical mindset and good diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of computerised maintenance management (CMMS)
• Ability to train on technical building operation installations
• Fluency in French or German; good knowledge of the other language is an asset
• Proficiency in common office tools (MS Office)
