Your tasks
- Recording, processing and follow-up of regulatory fines
- Checking and processing online orders for parking permits
- Issuing penalty orders, evaluations and statistics
- Maintaining accounting in the regulatory fines tool and handling payment transactions
- Performing general administrative tasks in the regulatory fines centre
- Responding to telephone and electronic customer enquiries
Your profile
- Commercial vocational training (EFZ), preferably experience in public administration
- Team player, communicative personality with enjoyment of customer contact and a strong service orientation
- Independent and precise working style combined with high resilience and flexibility
- Very good PC skills (MS Office suite)
- Good spoken language skills in English, Italian and French are an advantage
- Driving licence category B (at least 2 years) is an advantage
