For a long-term care institution in the Bern region, we are looking for a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH 60–100% for Professional Practice Education. You will continue to work directly with residents while taking on an important role in the practical training and development of students

Between nursing practice and education

• Care for and support residents professionally and continue to apply your expertise directly in everyday nursing 
• Mentor and support HF students and convey even complex nursing concepts clearly and practically 
• Help students gain confidence in their practical skills and apply their theoretical knowledge in everyday nursing 
• Combine direct nursing with organisational tasks related to mentoring nursing trainees 

What you bring

• Completed diploma as a Nurse HF/FH 
• Professional experience in nursing as well as experience in mentoring and supporting HF students 
• Ideally a Diploma Trainer Course and/or an SVEB Level 1 Certificate or willingness to complete this further training 
• Enjoyment in combining nursing practice and educational work as well as patience and confidence in knowledge transfer
