Freight Forwarding Clerk Healthcare (m/f/d)
With your work, you make an important contribution to healthcare and ensure that patients, medical facilities, and companies can rely on functioning supply chains.
How you contribute
- Coordination of international transports in a regulated healthcare environment
- Monitoring shipments and proactive action in case of deviations
- Ensuring compliance with logistics processes and quality standards
- Supporting the optimisation of transport and process workflows
- Close collaboration with customers, partners, and internal interfaces
- Assisting with operational challenges and escalations
- Ensuring smooth information flow between all parties involved
What distinguishes you
- Completed training in freight forwarding, logistics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in international freight forwarding or transport logistics
- Experience in at least one mode of transport (road, air, or sea freight)
- Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or MedTech environment is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High customer orientation and strong quality awareness
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
