We are currently in an exciting phase of transformation: We are implementing a new ERP system, digitising processes, and further developing our organisation for the future. For this, we are looking for a committed individual who not only manages but actively shapes.
Property Accountant 80-100% - Not Managing. Shaping.
Responsibilities
- Independent management of property accounting
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements as well as annual financial statements
- Ongoing liquidity monitoring and cash management
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Support in the implementation of our new ERP system (Garaio REM)
- Participation in the optimisation and digitisation of processes
- Active involvement in building a modern and future-oriented property accounting department
Requirements
- Several years of experience in property accounting
- Independent, structured and precise working style
- Enjoyment in questioning processes and contributing improvements
- Ability to maintain an overview even in complex matters
- Service-oriented personality with a flair for numbers
- Knowledge of Garaio REM is an advantage
- Very good German skills, French skills are a plus
