To expand our team in vocational integration, we are looking for a committed, communicative, and motivated personality from April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Tasks to be done
- Support and coaching of young people through vocational measures or training
- Coordination of interdisciplinary collaboration with referring agencies, relatives, legal guardians, as well as residential and work areas
- Leading and documenting status meetings with internal and external parties
- Writing reports
- Placement and coaching of young people during external internships
- Advising companies on dealing with young people with mental illness
- Job acquisition and job placement
What we expect from you
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) with additional training in social work or equivalent experience
- Further education in social pedagogy, coaching, supported employment, or vocational trainer is an advantage
- Empathetic, motivating, and assertive consulting style
- Mental resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- Good MS Office user skills
