Initial Situation

We are looking for reinforcement for export processing for our client.

You take care of international goods movements and ensure that orders are processed on time and accurately. The focus is on sea freight, while you work closely with internal departments, customers and international business partners. A task for someone who likes to be organised and has independent control over their processes.

Tasks

• processing and coordinating export orders with a focus on sea freight
• organising container bookings and international transports
• coordinating goods collections and delivery dates
• preparing and checking export, shipping and customs documents
• coordinating deliveries with customers, suppliers, shipping companies and international partners
• monitoring deadlines, transports and delivery status
• handling enquiries and coordinating changes in ongoing orders

Requirements

• completed commercial training as a freight forwarding clerk
• professional experience in export processing with a focus on sea freight
• good knowledge of international transport and export business
• independent and structured way of working

IT

MS Office - good knowledge

Languages

German: m+s very good
English: m+s good
