Your Tasks

• Independent, practical treatment of patients according to evidence-based intensive care guidelines. Our clinic covers the entire spectrum of interdisciplinary intensive care medicine – with the exception of transplant medicine, burn medicine and cardiac surgery
• Regular participation in bedside teaching as well as in interdisciplinary and interprofessional training
• Mentoring and supervision of rotation doctors and specialist assistant doctors
• Participation in the further development of the clinic through active involvement in the creation and optimisation of treatment concepts
• Active participation in and supervision of simulation training
• Opportunity to deepen your knowledge in echocardiography (including echo rotation in cardiology) and sonography including acquisition of the POCUS competency certificate (FA) of the SGUM
• Opportunity to participate in research projects

Your Profile

• Swiss medical diploma or MEBEKO recognition
• Swiss specialist title in intensive care medicine present or submitted, or confirmation of equivalent training by the SGI
• Completed second specialist training (anaesthesia or general internal medicine) advantageous
• Strong independence, high social competence and very good communication skills
• Team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary, constructive exchange
