Your Tasks
- Co-responsibility for professional, individual care and support of our residents in the protected living area, taking into account the care process
- Implementation of key worker care and associated close interprofessional collaboration
- Vocational training for the FAGE and AGS levels
- Ensuring a high quality of care and support
- Assuming shift responsibility in the department
- Recognising crisis and emergency situations and initiating appropriate
- measures with the support of the house management
Your Profile
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification with corresponding SRK recognition
- Professional experience in the inpatient long-term care sector or motivation to familiarise yourself with this new field
- Independent, reliable and precise working style as well as the ability to respond flexibly to changes
- Enjoyment in daily work with elderly people
- Good oral and written German skills
