Your future area of responsibility

Welcoming and looking after our guests as the first point of contact at reception
Ensuring a smooth process from check-in to check-out
Communication and coordination with all departments for optimal guest care
Responsibility for cash management and correct billing at the front office

Your profile

Completed training in the hotel industry or initial professional experience as a career changer with enthusiasm for guest service
High level of service orientation and the ability to convey a genuine feeling of welcome to guests
Good English skills in spoken and written form for daily communication with international guests
Organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously – even in stressful situations
