During your 3-year training, you will be introduced to the diverse tasks of a brewer and beverage technologist. These include:
- Goods receipt, storage, and further processing according to recipe
- In the cider mill, you will learn how fruit juice is made from Swiss apples and pears
- Monitoring and controlling production and filling systems
- Laboratory analyses from goods receipt to goods dispatch
You bring the following qualifications and characteristics:
- School leaving certificate with level A or B
- Interest in natural sciences and mathematics
- Fascination for food and working with modern equipment
- Sense of responsibility and hygiene awareness
- Teamwork skills as well as good work and social skills
- A respectful, passionate, demanding, and down-to-earth corporate culture
