Polymechanic - Maintenance in Shift Work

• You are responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of our production machines as well as the buildings and infrastructure.
• You independently manufacture spare parts and assemblies.
• You carry out systematic fault searches and resolve technical problems on production machines.
• You optimise wear parts and machines to continuously improve their reliability and performance.
• You implement technical improvements on machines and systems.
• You monitor and operate our process control systems.
• You accompany and supervise our trainee production and polymechanics with a federal VET diploma as a vocational trainer.

• Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic or a comparable technical qualification.
• Good practical knowledge of manufacturing techniques such as drilling, turning and CNC milling.
• Professional experience in maintenance and operational upkeep is an advantage.
• High degree of independence and self-motivation as well as a structured and solution-oriented working method.
• Strong analytical thinking and technical understanding.
• Good German skills in spoken and written form; technical English comprehension is an advantage.
• Willingness to work limited shift hours and on-call duties.
• Good user knowledge of common IT programmes.
• Completed vocational trainer course.
