What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care or a comparable setting
• Enjoyment of responsibility, organisation and development – even if you have no previous leadership experience
• Team spirit, empathy and the ability to set priorities
• Openness to new things, willingness to learn and desire for personal development
• Good knowledge of nursing documentation and digital tools
• Very good German language skills

Your tasks – with competence, heart and perspective

• As a certified nursing specialist, you take over the professional care and support of our residents
• You ensure care quality, take responsibility in the care process and actively contribute to the interdisciplinary team
• As Deputy Team Leader Nursing, you support the team leadership in organisational tasks, duty planning, processes and communication
• You learn – step by step – what good leadership means, accompanied by experienced leaders
• You contribute ideas, participate in projects and help to further develop our care culture
