On behalf of one of our clients located on the Vaud Riviera, we are looking for a

100% ASSC (Permanent Contract)

wishing to fully commit to supporting residents and contributing to their quality of life on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities

As an essential member of the care team, you actively participate in supporting residents by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Ensure the daily support of residents while respecting their autonomy and dignity.
• Perform basic care and participate in delegated medical-technical acts.
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of individualised support plans.
• Observe the general condition of residents and relay relevant information to the care team.
• Work closely with the various professionals involved in care provision.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at ensuring quality services.
• Maintain a trusting relationship with residents, their relatives, and the teams.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as ASSC or equivalent recognised training.
• Successful first experience in a similar position, ideally in an institution.
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable using common IT tools.
• Interest in teamwork and supporting people requiring tailored follow-up.
