For our renowned 4-star Hotel Dakota with the AirLounge restaurant in the heart of the Bernese Oberland in Meiringen, we are looking to complement our team immediately or by arrangement with a dynamic, motivated, experienced

Chef – Sous-Chef / Employment 80-100 %

Your tasks:

• Supporting the head chef in organising and managing the kitchen
• Co-responsibility for the smooth running of daily kitchen operations
• Co-developing menu proposals and new dishes
• Guiding and motivating the kitchen team

Your profile:

• Completed training as a chef EFZ or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience
• Team spirit and resilience
• Creativity, initiative and passion for cooking
• Good organisational skills and quality awareness
