About the job

What to expect:

• Building and further developing data pipelines for data preparation
• Technical implementation and further development of the central data platform (including integration of new data sources)
• Complex data compilations from source systems using SQL (Oracle, MS-SQL)
• Automation of loading processes and optimisation of the DWH environment
• Technical support for the Data Analyst in identifying and specifying cross-functional data use cases
• Ensuring data quality, monitoring, and continuous improvement of data flows
• Support in developing guidelines and policies for data collection, preparation, and usage

• Completed education and training in the field of (business) informatics
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position or several years of professional experience in software development with intersections to data warehousing
• Knowledge in the areas of data warehousing and data processing
• Very good SQL skills (Python, Snowflake, dbt, Azure Data Factory knowledge is an advantage)
• High degree of independence, quick comprehension, and structured working style
• Enjoyment in working and communicating at the interface of business and IT
• Very good German language skills
