Employee Course Restaurant AZA 80%At the Office for Military and Civil Protection, around 140 employees at the locations Zurich, Birmensdorf and Andelfingen jointly make an important contribution to the safety of the population.
The Training Centre in Andelfingen (AZA) has a versatile training infrastructure for one- or multi-day courses, deployment exercises and seminars of all kinds. Our infrastructures are available to civil protection, fire brigades, police, medical services, army and also civilian organisers.
For our restaurant team, we are looking for a new colleague from 01.03.2027 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Serving our guests at the buffet and at the till
- Distribution of meals as well as preparation of snacks and simple dishes
- Presentation of goods and control of our offer
- Support at events and catering
- Independent management of the restaurant during off-peak times
- Cleaning, washing up and general maintenance work
- Ensuring hygiene and quality standards
Your profile
- Experience in gastronomy or service is an advantage
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and strong service orientation
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness for flexible working hours (early, late, weekend and special deployments)
