Property Maintenance Specialist (80 - 100%)
Your impact with us
- Maintenance and care of municipal buildings and facilities
- Maintenance and inspection of technical installations (heating, sanitation, lighting, etc.)
- Execution, planning, and supervision of maintenance and renovation work
- Assistance with budget planning and adherence to maintenance costs
- Taking on additional tasks in the areas of workshop service, lock system administration for condominium ownership at Parkstrasse 1, as well as military and civil protection
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a craft or technical profession (property maintenance specialist, caretaker, or another craft profession), ideally with experience in building maintenance or caretaking
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
- Physical resilience and flexibility
- Willingness for occasional work outside normal working hours
- Proficient in MS Office
- Driver's license category B
