Area of activity
As a Shift Coordinator, you are at the intersection between guests, your colleagues, and management teams.
Your responsibilities include:
• organizing and successfully carrying out the work shift
• ensuring a favorable environment for our guests and collaborators, particularly regarding safety
• complying with our high standards concerning quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene in the restaurant on a daily basis and supporting the teams even during intense situations in the kitchen, behind the counter, or in the restaurant - in short, wherever your help is most needed.
