Head of Volunteer Management with Event Organization, 80%
Workplace: Haus St. Laurentius, Schaan
Your main responsibilities
- Responsibility for volunteer management at the seven LAK locations
- Planning and organizing resident events in coordination with the site management
- Leading volunteer coordination at the locations
- Development, implementation, and evaluation of the strategic direction of volunteer management
- Further development of concepts, guidelines, and quality standards for the deployment of volunteers
- Recruitment, introduction, training, and recognition of volunteers
- Building, supporting, and long-term retention of volunteers
- Ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational framework conditions
- Collection of key figures and reporting to the Head of Nursing and Care

What you bring to this position
- Professional experience in the non-profit sector, hospitality, or healthcare
- Proven leadership experience with interdisciplinary or decentralized teams
- Experience in the conception and organization of events for different target groups
- Knowledge of volunteer management is an advantage
- Conceptual thinking combined with a structured and implementation-strong working style
- Excellent communication and consulting skills as well as organizational talent
- High social sensitivity and enjoyment in working with elderly people
