Kitchen Republic combines various food concepts from the Wiesner Gastronomy AG family. With just one order, guests can select their favorite dishes online from different restaurants. In the vibrant Steinfels area in Zurich-West, the team not only takes care of guests on site but also handles take-away and delivery orders from the food brands Negishi Urban Sushi, Nooch Asian Kitchen, Poke Nation, The Dumpling Brothers, Angry Chicken, and The Butcher.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Sushi Chef (m/f) 80%

Your versatile tasks:

• You independently prepare delicious dishes for lunch and dinner service – especially our exquisite sushi creations! 🍣

• You make the sushi dishes on the menu with passion and great attention to detail ❤️‍🔥

• Freshness and quality are your top priorities – you ensure everything is in perfect condition! 🥰

• General cleaning tasks? No problem, you maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen 😅

• Hygiene is a given for you – you adhere to the HACCP hygiene concept and ensure everything is top-notch 📝✨

Your talents & experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in sushi preparation – sushi training would be great! 🎓

• You speak good German or English and can communicate easily with the team and guests 🧑🏽‍💼

• Your working style is clean, efficient, and precise – you pay great attention to detail ✅

• You are motivated to develop further 🚀

• Your good sense for the quality of ingredients ensures everything stays fresh and delicious 🥰
