The Centre for Dental Medicine at the University of Zurich (ZZM) is an internationally recognised clinical, training and research centre. In six specialised clinics and one institute, dentists and scientists work at the forefront of knowledge and in interdisciplinary teams to achieve the highest quality in patient care, teaching and research.The Clinic for Conservative Dentistry and Preventive Dental Medicine (ZPZ) specialises in preserving healthy teeth and restoring damaged teeth.
Dental Assistant with X-ray Authorisation
Responsibilities
- Assistance at the treatment chair (experience with surgery, endodontics and Cerec desirable)
- Intraoral X-rays
- Preparation and tidying of the workplace
- Patient administration such as: telephone service, brief correspondence, electronic diary
Profile
- Completed vocational training as a dental assistant with X-ray authorisation (at least 1 year of professional experience)
- Enjoyment in treating, caring for and advising patients
- Flexible, reliable and committed team player with a high awareness of quality and a friendly, well-groomed appearance
- Empathy and enjoyment in caring for patients
