Tasks
As a class teacher, you are responsible for planning, designing and delivering action-oriented lessons according to Curriculum 21, which take place both in the classroom and outdoors. You create and are responsible for the individual educational and support plans for the pupils and prepare subject-specific reports and assessments. Together with the social pedagogues, you integrate rituals and structures into the school day, thus providing your pupils with security and orientation. Being a key contact person as well as conducting school progress discussions are also part of your duties. You regularly exchange and collaborate with the school management, the teaching team, parents and specialist agencies and participate in meetings and events.
Requirements
You hold a diploma as a school special needs educator or a teaching diploma. Ideally, you have experience teaching at a special primary school. You are enthusiastic, work independently and enjoy seeking creative and unconventional solutions. It is important to you to regularly reflect and ensure the best possible support, including adapting teaching methods. You are accustomed to interdisciplinary and self-responsible work, willingly face challenging situations and enjoy working with children.
