About the job
Your tasks- •Process inbound deliveries, goods receipts, and related receiving transactions accurately and on time in SAP and other plant systems.
- •Verify incoming shipments against packing slips, delivery documents, labels, and purchase order information along with inbound delivery creation.
- •Receive, review and file documentation in accordance with plant document control requirements.
- •Coordinate unloading activities with forklift drivers, Quality personnel, and carriers to support efficient receiving flow.
- •Confirm correct material identification, quantities, packaging condition, and visible damage at time of receipt.
- •Escalate discrepancies related to quantity, labeling, damage, paperwork, or system issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- •Support inventory accuracy through timely transaction posting, scanning, reconciliation, and discrepancy reporting.
- •Maintain receiving records, shipment logs and filing system in an organized and audit ready condition.
- •Communicate inbound shipment status, urgent receipts, and receiving issues to internal departments as needed.
- •Follow standard work, safety requirements, quality requirements, and escalation procedures to support compliant and efficient receiving operations.
Your profile
- •3 years of receiving, warehouse, and clerical experience required.
- •1+ years of SAP or ERP transaction processing experience required.
- •1+ years of inventory control experience, including experience with scanners and labels.
- •High school diploma or equivalent required.
