Would you like to actively shape the labour market integration of our city? In the Stabilisation Department of Labour Market Integration Winterthur, we support young people and young adults without completed training or permanent employment and offer the opportunity for personal assessment and the development of future prospects. For this department, we are looking for a committed leader to start immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will not only take on the professional and personnel responsibility for your team but also actively participate in the management team.Your Tasks
- Professional, personnel and financial management of the department with approx. 7 employees
- Ensuring the performance contracts while adhering to quality standards
- Participation in the management team of labour market integration
- Collaboration with various internal and external bodies, especially with the Office for Labour of the Canton of Zurich
- Project and concept work for the further development of the offer and the organisation
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Psychology or comparable
- Leadership and project experience in the field of labour market integration with corresponding further training
- Sound knowledge of the labour market and the educational landscape in Switzerland
- Strong affinity for the topic of career entry for young people and young adults
- Communicative and entrepreneurial-minded personality
