For over 75 years, at Suter Inox AG, we have combined Swiss craftsmanship with innovative technology and a strong service orientation – for discerning customers who value uncompromising quality, predictability, and design freedom.

We are an owner-managed Swiss SME with around 150 employees and our own production facility based in Schinznach-Bad. Our core market is Switzerland, with showrooms in Zurich and Crissier. Since autumn 2025, we have also been represented with a company location and showroom in Germany. Suter products are also distributed throughout Europe via partners.

As stainless steel specialists, our core competence lies in customised stainless steel worktops as well as sinks and basins with innovative drain and overflow technology. Taps from the Suter own brand and selected exclusive models from partner brands complement the range.

Product Manager Stainless Steel Specialist (m/f)

Your impact

You are responsible for the entire product lifecycle — from the idea to successful market launch and continuous development. In doing so, you actively shape our future range and drive innovation, market positioning, and profitability.

• Product strategy & roadmap: Development and implementation of future-oriented product strategies, range concepts, and innovation projects.
  
• Product development & positioning: Management of the product creation process, definition of USPs and value propositions in close collaboration with marketing and sales.
  
• Pricing & market analysis: Conducting market and competitor analyses, as well as calculation and preparation of final price proposals.
  
• Market launch: Planning, coordination, and implementation of launch activities in close cooperation with the marketing team including success control.
  
• Range maintenance: Regular portfolio analysis and targeted optimisation according to market and customer needs.

What excites us

• Degree in business, engineering, product design or a comparable field
  Alternatively: Technical basic training
  
• Several years of professional experience in product management, ideally in a technical B2B environment
  
• Experience in the kitchen sector is an advantage – other industries are also explicitly welcome
  
• Analytical, structured thinking combined with implementation strength, initiative, and high quality standards
  
• Clear communication across interfaces – both internally and externally
