We are looking for you as a Specialist Construction Supervisor: Rail (m/f/d) for DB Engineering & Consulting in the field of electrical engineering / signalling and safety technology (LST), track construction or structural engineering at the locations Freiburg (Breisgau), Offenburg, Karlsruhe, Landau (Pfalz), Mannheim, Stuttgart or Esslingen as soon as possible. Experience the fascination of major infrastructure projects. We are involved when new bridges are built, lines electrified, stations modernised or lines equipped with the latest signalling and safety technology. Become part of our successful construction supervision team and help shape the pioneering renewal of infrastructure.

Your tasks:

• You supervise quality, deadlines, times in the role of client and always keep safety firmly in view
• You ensure safe railway operations and respond to disruptions or changes in the construction process
• In the role of the technically authorised person, you take over the safety supervision for your measures, act as a switching applicant and manage the deployment of employees
• You actively contribute to coordination between construction and operations. If necessary, you make decisions on measures to comply with operational blocking periods
• You ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements for occupational, health and environmental protection as well as accident prevention
• You contribute to ensuring contract-compliant execution of the construction measure
• You are also responsible for documentation, creation and updating of construction diaries during project implementation
• Last but not least, you submit Betra applications (operating and construction instructions) in the workflow and take on the function of safety supervision

Your profile:

• You have a qualification as a technician or master craftsman in the field of construction or electrical engineering
• You have successfully completed training as a specialist construction supervisor track / LST / E or TK and acquired additional qualifications as a safety supervisor and switching applicant
• You are willing to develop into a specialist construction supervisor rail specialist at the beginning of your employment
• We usually work during the day, but working at weekends or at night does not bother you
• You take responsibility and reliability is one of your strengths
• You are familiar with common MS Office programmes and enjoy trying out new things
• You have a driving licence to use the company vehicle we are happy to provide
