\n\n\nWhat you do\n\nIn this role, you are responsible for the complete administrative processing of import and export orders and contribute significantly to a smooth international flow of goods.
- Active customer support and consulting in English
- Coordination and monitoring of import shipments
- Processing customs formalities in the corresponding system
- Independent commissioning and monitoring of road transport, air, and sea freight
- Preparation of all export and shipping documents
- Ensuring seamless shipment tracking
- Ongoing communication with external transport partners
- Function as an interface for internal and external stakeholders
- Support with general administrative and organizational tasks
- Completed commercial or equivalent training in the forwarding or transport industry
- Several years of professional experience in international import/export business mandatory
- Sound knowledge in handling international transports
- Experience in customs is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills, experience with forwarding software is an advantage
