Property Accountant / Property Manager – Rental Properties & Condominium Ownership

How you contribute Property Accounting

• Independent management of accounting for rental properties and condominium owners' associations
• Management of accounts payable and receivable
• Account reconciliations and payment transactions
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Preparation of annual accounts for rental properties and condominium owners' associations
• Support with budgeting and financial planning

Property Management

• Independent management of rental properties and condominium ownership
• Organisation and coordination of maintenance and repair work
• Handling tenant and owner concerns
• Preparation and support for condominium owners' meetings
• Administrative care of the properties

How you convince us

• Commercial basic training or comparable education
• Professional experience in property accounting and/or property management
• Experience in the field of condominium ownership is an advantage
• Knowledge of Swiss tenancy law and condominium ownership law is an advantage
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Good IT user skills; experience with Rimo R5 property management software is an advantage
• Customer-oriented and communicative personality
