To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Advisor (m/f/d) for Young Entrepreneurs (80-100%) who will accompany our clients on their path to self-employment.

Your Tasks

• Advising and supporting young entrepreneurs in founding their company
• Analysing individual needs and developing tailored solutions
• Accompanying clients throughout the entire founding process
• Preparing and reviewing founding documents
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to optimise the founding process

Your Profile

• Completed training or studies in law (Bachelor/Master/Paralegal) or a comparable field
• Experience in advising or supporting startups and young entrepreneurs is an advantage
• Strong communication and advisory skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship
• Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
