All-rounder/Operations Staff in Service and Kitchen Job Description
Working as an all-rounder means:
- You are flexible and can be deployed anywhere.
- Whether at lunchtime, serving food or also at the till.
- Restocking goods, setting up and clearing the buffet
- Cleaning tasks in the restaurant and kitchen
- Assisting in production in the cold kitchen
- Preparation of banquets and aperitifs
- Working in the dishwashing area
Since it is a small operation, you need to be flexible and help out in all departments. Around 40 guests are catered for at lunchtime, and there is a snack and drinks offer throughout the day
Desired Profile- Experience in the kitchen with preparation tasks
- Experience in the office
- Service and Deligo till experience in communal catering
- Very flexible deployment in all departments, whether in the kitchen or front of house, this is the most important
- German language skills must be at least B1 level
Since this is a school operation, the position is associated with 13 weeks of holiday at the exact times of the school holidays.
5 weeks of these are paid and 8 weeks are UNPAID.
