Project:
For our client F. Hoffmann – La Roche Ltd we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as Logistics Operator (m/f/d) for the Rotkreuz (RZ) location. In this role, you support the Pre-Production Logistics team in the area of production logistics and contribute significantly to ensuring smooth material and goods flows from the external warehouse through internal goods receipt to the production lines.
You take responsibility for setting up, packing, and shipping customer orders, checking and booking goods receipts, as well as storage and inventory control of materials. In doing so, you ensure a high level of service, support the setup of new production lines, and actively contribute to optimizing internal logistics processes in a GxP-regulated environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Setting up, packing, and shipping customer orders including delivery documents
- Sorting and compiling printed delivery notes and order papers
- Printing setup and delivery labels and delivery markings
- Creating transport lists
Spare parts and setup orders:
- Sorting and compiling printed delivery notes and order papers
- Processing production orders and delivery notes according to instructions
- Processing printed material accompanying documents for orders
Goods receipt activities:
- Receiving and checking shipments for number of packages and visible damages
- Checking delivery notes (correct material, quantity) and booking goods receipt
- If necessary, sorting out material for goods receipt inspection (WEP)
- Repacking and labeling material into defined containers
- Courier service – distributing various materials within the building
- Storing material in the designated storage location
- Conducting inventory checks and stocktaking as well as posting any discrepancies
- Handling empty and circulating containers and providing packaging material for disposal
Requirements:
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- 2 years of professional experience in the production logistics environment
- Good German & English skills (min. B1)
- MS Office & SAP knowledge
- Good communication skills with internal customers and suppliers
- Experience in handling adjacent interfaces
- Valid forklift license
- Experience in the operational use of logistics systems such as automated warehouse technology
- Experience in identifying problems and independently developing and implementing sustainable solutions through the application of Lean methods (KVPs)
Nice to haves:
- ADR driver’s license
- Experience handling hazardous & refrigerated goods
- Networked thinking regarding the conflict between process quality while complying with all safety regulations, compliance guidelines, and industry standards
- Identifying problems and independently developing and implementing sustainable solutions through the application of Lean methods (KVPs)
- Basic training in Lean such as White / Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma
