Project Manager in the Façade Sector
Your Contribution to Success
As the responsible main contact person, you bear the technical and commercial responsibility for your façade projects, from order initiation to construction acceptance and final billing. In close collaboration with the designer and engineer, you respond specifically to customer wishes. You enjoy new challenges and appreciate variety – whether through different project sizes or the wide range of materials. You represent 4B competently and confidently to our business customers and simultaneously act as a spokesperson internally. Preparing post-calculations and managing change orders are also part of your duties.Are You Ready?
You are a specialist in metal or timber construction and have further trained in the field of façade construction. In recent years, you have successfully executed demanding projects and are well versed in the standards and regulations of the building envelope. You distinguish yourself through your audience-appropriate communication in German, possibly also in French. You appear confident in negotiations, are perceived by your counterpart as a competent expert and are also a true team player. You always have project controlling under control and act at all times in the company’s interest. You actively contribute new ideas, question existing practices and seek optimisations – always with the goal of achieving the greatest possible efficiency. You use AutoCAD and common MS Office programmes daily.Preferably at 4B
