What can you expect?

• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the personal customer portfolio
• Ensuring competent advice on financing matters (housing) as well as standardised advice on investment and retirement planning topics
• Developing needs-based solutions taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals and life situation of the customers as well as within the framework of the segment-specific product range
• Expanding the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, events and representative tasks

What do you bring with you?

• Completed banking training or comparable education as well as further training in finance
• In-depth expertise in the areas of investment, retirement planning and financing
• Good communication skills, high social competence, ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial working style with a strong customer and sales orientation
• Enjoyment of proactive customer contact
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills with strong closing ability
