About the job
What you can achieve
- You take over the leadership of the Control Center / THM / Access team as well as the apprentices and ensure a smooth logistics process.
- In the control center, you are the link between transport scheduling and warehouse, monitor logistics processes, and ensure efficient information flow.
- You actively communicate with internal and external interfaces and keep all parties informed at all times.
- You provide administrative support, maintain master data in our logistics systems, create and process important documents, thus ensuring flawless logistics handling at the site.
- You also pitch in at the cold storage if needed – whether in picking, loading, goods receipt, or THM.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ and have already gained some leadership experience.
- Ideally, you have further training as a logistics specialist with a federal diploma. In addition, you have a course certificate as a trainer or are willing to complete one.
- Process understanding, quick recognition of connections, and solution-oriented thinking are among your great strengths.
- You remain calm even in hectic situations and bring the necessary flexibility for seasonal fluctuations in daily business.
- You have very good oral and written German skills; French skills are an advantage.
- Good MS Office and system knowledge complete your profile.
