Training and Application Technician

In our Business Line Plastic Fabrication & Geo, you bring our technology to the people who work with it. You support customers and sales partners worldwide on site and pass on your expertise in practical training and qualification courses. This ensures that our devices are used professionally and reliably.

• Empowering customers, partners and employees through practical training and qualification programmes
• Ensuring that training and qualification courses are economically viable and make a measurable contribution to business success
• Developing practical welding solutions with demonstrable added value based on customer requirements
• Jointly solving demanding technical challenges with sales and developing application-specific solutions
• Bringing the voice of the market into the company by implementing customer feedback into ideas for future innovations
• Updating and maintaining technical documentation and training materials
• Worldwide travel activity and direct collaboration with customers, spending about half of the time in the field

You are passionate about technology and enjoy turning challenges into practical solutions. As a confident personality and natural trainer, you convey even complex topics clearly and practically. You think economically and develop viable and economical solutions based on customer needs. You work independently, handle changes openly and approach new situations flexibly and solution-oriented. With openness and curiosity, you enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds. You have completed a technical vocational training, for example in plastics technology, metal processing, mechanical engineering or a related field, and already have practical experience in a technical environment. Very good German skills at level C1 as well as good English skills at level C1 are required. Additional language skills are an advantage.
