The Foundation of Child Life Centres « La Ruche » manages 6 childcare facilities caring for children from the end of maternity leave to 4 years old (preschool) and from school entry up to 12 years old (after-school care).
We are looking to complete our administrative team in Gland with a:
Finance Manager at 50%
Within our administrative team, your mission, delegated by the Foundation Board, will be to prepare the Foundation's accounting and financial statements, to post and verify accounting entries in compliance with strict standards, and to determine the Foundation's result. Your role also includes advising management on financial matters.
Responsibilities
- Maintain general, analytical and debtor accounting up to the balance sheet. Check the consistency of debtor balances between the accounting and the KIBE billing software.
- Prepare budgets and monitor them in liaison with the Director.
- Follow up and payment of suppliers.
- Control of debtors, reminders and management of disputes.
- Preparation and payment of salaries based on information received from Human Resources and completion of all forms and statements relating to employees, social charges, withholding tax, etc.
- Management of social insurance contracts, suppliers, legal protection and other insurances.
- Prepare various documents and produce statistics for different bodies.
- Be the reference person in this field and prepare accounting documents for the Toblerones Reception Network, control bodies, FAJE, etc.
Profile and specific skills
- Accounting diploma
- Minimum 10 years experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Abacus, Kibe, Microsoft Office software
- Essential knowledge of MCH2
