Your tasks
- In zoning and local planning, you review the preliminary examination reports and draft the approval decisions for the government council.
- You manage appeal procedures from the initial submission to the decision readiness.
- You prepare consultations and co-reports on draft ordinances of the federal government and other departments from a planning and procedural law perspective.
- With precise legal advice and clear consultation, you support internal departments and stakeholders, ensuring legally sound decisions.
Your profile
- You have a completed university degree in law and have already gained some professional experience.
- You have an interest in legal issues in the political and administrative environment as well as the motivation to engage with complex topics in local planning law.
- You work quickly, independently and responsibly and convince with a quick grasp and high reliability.
- Strong problem-solving skills as well as very good communication and advisory competencies characterise you.
- Thanks to your confident and precise manner of expression, you communicate complex legal matters clearly and appropriately for the audience.
