Head of Building Permit Department 100%
The Suhr Building Administration is responsible for the permit system, environmental protection, the organisation of civil engineering and structural engineering works, public properties, the building office, the swimming pool, and the domestic services. The municipality owns numerous facilities and installations.
Your tasks
- You independently lead the Building Permit Department, supported by one employee
- Advising builders, architects
- Participation in commissions
- Administrative tasks
- You are the professionally competent contact person for residents, authorities, and business partners
Your requirements
- You have a basic technical education in construction, ideally supplemented by further advanced training and leadership experience
- You bring several years of experience in a municipal building administration
- You are well versed in building law
- You possess the DAS Building Administration from FHNW or are willing to complete this further training
- You enjoy working independently, reliably, and carefully
- You have good oral and written expression
