What you will achieve
- Planning and scheduling of service, maintenance and repair assignments for service technicians
- Daily telephone customer contact, processing enquiries and orders
- General administrative tasks such as report control, maintenance of service data, etc.
- Technical clarifications and providing information on simple matters
What you bring with you
- Completed technical/craft basic training
- Commercial further training or office experience (advantageous in scheduling or customer service)
- You greatly enjoy daily interaction with customers and internal departments
- Perfect German skills in spoken and written form, English and/or French skills are an advantage
- You are an organisational talent, reliable and communicative
