The vision of the visoparents foundation is a society in which every person can live equally with their individual abilities and strengths.
The daycare center Kinderhaus Imago cares for children with and without disabilities from 3 months old. Our integrative concept is unique in Switzerland: half of the places are reserved for children with a disability, a (rare) illness and/or behavioral difficulties.
To complete our team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.
These are your tasks
- You care for, accompany and promote children from 2 years of age.
- You support the children in their development and in achieving the promotion goals.
- You take on demanding nursing tasks under guidance.
- You participate in meetings, parent events and internal training sessions.
What you bring with you
- You are a trained specialist caregiver (specializing in children or people with disabilities) or have a diploma as a specialist for people on the autism spectrum.
- Experience working with children/adults with ASD.
- Interest in working with children with very different needs.
- High teamwork skills and the willingness to contribute beyond the group.
