Tasks
- Operational responsibility and independent handling of defined orders in cost approval management (creation, processing, and monitoring) for the inpatient and outpatient/day clinic areas
- Recording and updating patient data in connection with cost approvals and patient administration
- Case opening of patient registrations as well as handling of administrative patient admission
- Further development and optimization of processes
- Collaboration and support in projects
- Working days Monday, Thursday, and Friday
Profile
- Completed training in commercial or medical/nursing/therapeutic fields
- Further education in insurance or health insurance, e.g., insurance specialist
- Several years of experience in the health and insurance sector with cost approval management and patient administration
- Structured, precise, and responsible working style
- Very good communication skills and negotiation ability
- High customer orientation and teamwork skills
- Good MS Office skills and SAP-IS-H-/Opale knowledge are an advantage
- Very good German skills and knowledge of other languages desirable
