Polymechanic CNC Grinding (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Setup and operation of modern CNC grinding machines
Precise machining of workpieces according to technical drawings and specifications
Monitoring and adjustment of ongoing manufacturing processes
Conducting measurements and quality controls during and after machining
Optimising machining procedures and contributing to the improvement of manufacturing processes
Performing minor maintenance and care tasks on machines and tools
Careful documentation of manufacturing and inspection work
Qualifications:
Completed training as a polymechanic or a comparable technical qualification
Experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally in grinding technology
Good knowledge of machining and reading technical drawings
Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment
Precise, independent and quality-conscious working style
Technical understanding and manual dexterity
Teamwork skills, reliability and sense of responsibility
Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
