About the job
What you can achieve
- Responsibility for creating qualified work certificates (interim and exit certificates) for multiple locations
- Independent handling of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
- Creation and revision of contracts as well as other HR documents
- Ensuring legally correct and linguistically flawless formulation
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training with HR further education
- Several years of experience in personnel or payroll administration, ideally in larger companies (healthcare advantageous)
- Proficient use of IT systems, especially SAP HCM as well as MS Office, time management and e-recruiting tools
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Service-oriented, eager to learn personality with team spirit, openness to change and enjoyment of collaboration
